All our properties offer self check-in. Just before your arrival, you'll receive all the information needed to access the property easily, along with practical instructions to enjoy your stay from the very first minutes.
The standard check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. For some properties, an early check-in can be requested, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
This option is charged because it requires specific coordination: we sometimes have to mobilise several people at once to speed up the preparation of the property (cleaning, laundry, quality check, setting up supplies).
Yes. Every property is cleaned and prepared before your arrival so that you can settle into a space that is clean, tidy and ready to live in.
Yes, cleaning and linens are included in your booking. When you arrive, the property is ready to welcome you: beds are made and bath towels are provided.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our properties, for reasons of organisation, maintenance and respect for the specific conditions of each property.

Before leaving, we simply ask you to follow the instructions provided in the property or sent before the end of your stay: check that everything is closed, gather the dishes, take out the rubbish, and leave the property in the same general condition as when you arrived.
