Our house in Carteret on the Cap

Located in Barneville-Carteret, an iconic seaside resort on the west coast of the Cotentin, this villa is an ideal address for a holiday with family or friends. Between sea, nature and wide open spaces, it offers a privileged setting to fully enjoy the coastline, discover the beaches of Carteret, the harbour, the dunes, the coastal paths and the preserved landscapes of the Channel. For a more compact stay in the same area, also discover our renovated studio in central Carteret.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests with its 4 spacious bedrooms. It features two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and television, as well as two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). Two bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The spacious and bright living room offers a beautiful living area with lounge, 4K television and access to the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher. A laundry room completes the equipment with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden, a large south-facing terrace, a bioclimatic pergola and a heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres, open from May to September. To extend moments of relaxation, the villa also has an infrared sauna for 4 people.

The house is designed for comfortable stays: fibre Wi-Fi, private parking, baby equipment available, travel cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat and stair safety gates.
