Located in the Le Vœu neighbourhood, a few minutes’ walk from Cherbourg town centre, Le Patio du Vœu is a great address for discovering the city and the north of the Cotentin. Shops, restaurants, the train station, the quays, Chantereyne harbour and the Cité de la Mer are all within easy walking distance, while you enjoy a spacious and comfortable house.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms spread over several floors. Three of them are set up as large suites with their own private shower room. The fourth, smaller bedroom is tucked under the eaves and is particularly suited to children, teenagers or as extra sleeping space.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright first living area with a dining space, a fully equipped open kitchen and a striking cathedral ceiling. Adjoining it, a contemporary extension houses a second, particularly spacious living room with large openings straight onto the patio.

This floor also includes a comfortable first suite with a double bed, a shower and a private toilet. The wood-burning stove adds to the warm atmosphere of the house, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Cherbourg and the Cotentin.

Upstairs, the house has two further large suites, each with its own shower room. An open space can also be used as a reading nook, office or small lounge, particularly for travellers wanting to work during their stay.

A fourth bedroom is set under the eaves. Smaller and with very sloped ceilings, it does not have direct access to a bathroom. To use a shower or bath, its occupants need to go through one of the three suites. A separate toilet remains available upstairs.

At the heart of the house, the fully enclosed patio offers a pleasant outdoor space away from prying eyes. Accessible directly from the living areas, it’s a great spot for a drink, a shared meal or a relaxing moment in the private jacuzzi.

The house also has Wi-Fi, a television, an equipped kitchen, a coffee machine and an attached garage with a motorised door, a real advantage for parking right next to the town centre. A car can generally be parked in front of the garage, but this spot is on public land and is therefore not private.

Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included, so you can travel lighter and start enjoying your stay right away.

The location of Le Patio du Vœu means you can quickly reach the shops and restaurants of the town centre, Cherbourg train station, the quays, Chantereyne marina and the Cité de la Mer. The house is also an excellent base for exploring the beaches and landscapes of the Cotentin.
